You will assist in configuring the product, testing, requirements gathering, monitoring project workflow, and providing training with a smooth transition to support after a successful deployment. You will have exposure to a wide variety of roles, challenges, and technologies, and will have the opportunity to learn best practice skills in an expanding company with numerous possibilities for personal and career advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement the product configuration for new and existing clients

Set product feature parameters

Manage client expectations by building relationships; communicating project status; preparing reports; conducting review meetings; discovering new issues

Assist with requirements gathering for product enhancements or customizations by obtaining input from in-house product experts and client subject-matter experts

Monitor project progress; track action items; conduct reviews; research and resolve issues; escalate issues; resolve scheduling conflicts

Provide product demonstrations to clients and prospects

Perform testing during the rollout of product and custom applications

Train clients on product via phone and web conferencing, with possible occasional on-site visit

Act as escalation for urgent support requests to ensure any escalated issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across internal teams as needed

Receive, troubleshoot and work with appropriate resources regarding support and development related requests from clients

Generate and track development tickets for feature requests, bug fixes, and enhancements from our clients to our internal development team

Advocate for clients with internal team to make sure the needs of clients are met

Provide feedback to the internal product team regarding ideas and features to enhance our products

Job Qualifications & SkillsComfortable using technology and explaining it to others. Creative and efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must. Manage time well and handle multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail. Flexible and open to learning new things. Solid client communication required. Work well in collaborative team environment. Some familiarity with Agile development environment a plus. Education & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Time Frame and Contact:Full-time position.
