World renown Dave Pelz Golf is seeking a part time (20-25 hrs/week) Customer Service Representative. This position provides administrative support to customers and employees of Pelz Golf in a small corporate office setting, primarily via electronic and telephonic communications. The office is located on Hwy 71 W in the Bee Cave/Lakeway/Spicewood area. Typical duties: Provide clients with information about upcoming Dave Pelz Scoring Game Schools & clinics, and/or products; assist with student enrollment; support logistics of shipping supplies & equipment to school locations; and provide general administrative support.
Minimum requirements:
Excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal, written, & telephone)
Excellent grammar
Excellent time & project management skills
Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of desktop and mobile computer hardware/devices and software (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Must have and maintain a valid Texas Drivers License & automobile insurance
Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
Must be physically able to lift up to 20 lbs. (at waist height)
Basic knowledge of the game of golf is preferred
