We are a large roofing company looking to hire an additional Administration Assistant to assist in the scheduling and ordering of our residential roofing jobs. This job will include ordering material, scheduling our roofing crews, handling service/warranty calls with homeowners and builders, answering the phones, and several other admin functions.
We handle new construction, re-roofing and service work. You must be professional, organized, punctual and have a general knowledge of the roofing or construction industry. No drama. Bilingual a plus. This is a long-term hourly position with benefits.
