We own and operate a portfolio of 72 fully renovated workforce housing units in North Austin, between I-35 and Mopac, just north of 183. Each property is move-in ready, with upgrades including new roofs, replaced windows, tile flooring, and ample parking.
Our units rent between $999 (1BR) and $1,399 (2BR/1BA) and are primarily Class C workforce housing—serving hard-working Austin residents who value affordability, safety, and quick move-ins.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) apartment locator with current, verifiable experience in workforce or Class C apartment leasing.
This is a low-intensity, high-volume opportunity focused exclusively on lease-ups — no property management duties.
Your goal:
➡️ Lease approximately 5–6 apartments per month.
➡️ Guide qualified prospects through the leasing process and coordinate with our internal team who prepares the lease.
➡️ Ensure prospects complete their applications and understand next steps.
