Responsibilities include:
Managing and overseeing maintenance technicians to ensure work orders are completed quickly and efficiently
Onboarding new maintenance vendors
Creating punchlists for make readies
Emailing & calling owners about above approval limit projects
Managing maintenance coordinators who:
Respond to vendor and resident requests
Diagnose and triage maintenance work orders
Reconcile invoices and create bills for work orders
Requirements:
Maintenance coordination experience at property management company
Maintenance technician background
Superb written communication skills
Experience creating punchlists to ensure properties are rent ready
Understanding of different types of maintenance issues and costs to fix them
Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word) and Google Sheets
Experience in property management software (Appfolio, Buildium, etc)
