Requirements:
- Assists customers with product questions and purchases.
- Answers store telephone to respond to customer questions about product availability and quote prices.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Experience with applications such as Excel, Word and Firefox
- Investigate and resolve customer problems or complaints.
- Maintain inventory and displays within area by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning or any other task necessary to maintain appearance and salability of items.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self motivated and ability to work independently as this is a single person site.
- Sales experience helpful but not necessary.
- Compensation includes base plus bonus with $35K to $40K annual potential.
- Two weeks paid vacation + paid holidays
- Working hours Monday through Friday 8:45 am to 6:00pm
- Back-up Saturday sales associate when necessary
