About Us: Alkusari Stone is a leading supplier and fabricator of high-quality stone products for both residential and commercial projects. We work with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to supply flooring, wall cladding, fireplaces, sinks, and more. We’re expanding and looking for a driven and experienced Salesperson to join our team.
Position Overview: We’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Professional with experience in the stone industry. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, closing sales, and providing outstanding customer service—from first contact through project completion. Work experience in countertop fabrication is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone, and online inquiries
Guide customers through material selection, quoting, and project planning
Prepare accurate proposals and close sales with confidence and professionalism
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, architects, and homeowners
Collaborate with project managers and production team to ensure project success
Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven sales experience in stone, tile, kitchen & bath field
Knowledge of stone materials (limestone, marble, travertine) and fabrication processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to read drawings and understand construction and architectural terms
