About you: You have a burning desire to succeed, are extremely client oriented, highly motivated and never say die. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients, and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You believe you can be the best at almost everything you do, and can prove it. You don't need hand holding and know that you can sell anything thrown at you. You're done with corporate America and just want to sell without all of the corporate drama.

We sell turnkey investment properties that people can buy with their retirement funds. We get our clients a minimum of 11% net return on their money every year. No licenses are required. You will get highly qualified leads and you should be prepared to make it rain quickly and make the most of every lead.
Excuses aren't tolerated here. We don't hire backgrounds, we hire top producers. Fancy resumes or fast talkers won't get far here. You'll be expected to PROVE your track record and SHOW us you can sell before we'll hire you. Our last sales guy made $200k+ last year working about 30-35 hours a week so you can make a full time income while only working part time. Must have a very flexible schedule and not be an excuse-maker.
