We are currently recruiting for candidates for a contract Applications Developer role based in Austin, TX.
This is a hands-on position with the primary role to validate HW & SW. Responsibilities description:
- Assemble, Configure, Troubleshoot PowerEdge Servers
- Validate Instinct Accelerators in Dell’s PowerEdge Servers
- Produce test reports, Enter test results in database
- Report/File and update defect issues
- Conduct experiments to isolate failures
- Become an expert of company's Virtualization software
- Package software packages of Linux drivers
- Conduct Performance measurements Knowledge required
- Must have Administrator skills in building and configure datacenter servers
- Should have GPU experience
- Must have Linux experience with SLES, RHEL, Ubuntu and CentOS
- Must have Board/platform debug experience (x86 CPU’s, GPU)
- Must have Validation/QA
- Nice to have
o Using ROCm validation suites like RVS, ROCBlast or ability to learn quickly with previous similar experience
o Machine Learning / AI / Virtualization experience is a plus
o Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge Server - iDrac
o Soldering & rework
