BI Data Analyst ? 3- 6 month contract ? (onsite) Austin, TXOur client is a private Health Care entity looking for assistance in documenting the procedures and processes for the multiple departments. The ideal candidate for this role will combine process mapping and process redesign work ability. As a career opportunity this BI Data Analyst will get to work in a large technical environment. Responsibilities:? 50%t taking data and from various systems - (ie. EMR systems) and puts together reports for various internal business customers? 30% putting together Adhoc data request from Data warehouse team - located in Plano,TX? In addition, putting together Adhoc data request for the BA Team out of Boston,MA? Build and execute Access queries to pull, analyze, and report on various data sets.? Provide analytic expertise to support departmental goals and objectives. ? Data Management - entry, auditing, reporting, and data systems. ? Develop repeatable processes for department through data mining and report generation (e.g Excel? Seamlessly communicate information to internal and external users that can be easily understood and used. ? Generate reports in support of various internal and external stakeholders on the required schedule of frequency. ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy ? Excellent organizational abilities ? Strong written and verbal! communications skills ? Must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities ? Must be able to work under pressure well
