Skills and Requirements
Perform beautiful blowouts, pin-ups and haircutting/shaping following the Vent Blotique systems and techniques
Exceptional customer service skills
Meet and exceed all individual sales and productivity goals and perform services within allotted time
Attend all company educational events, trainings and meetings
Adhere to the brands standards for guest service, cleanliness, dress code and more
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Perform a variety of tasks related to salon operations, including but not limited to: answering phones, taking inventory, cleaning workstations and stocking shelves
Experience
Valid Cosmetology license
Proficient with latest salon trends and techniques
Proficient with use of equipment needed to perform service(s)
Developed communication skills
