An Apple Authorized Reseller and Authorized Service Provider is looking for an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT). Expectations include diagnostic skills, proficiency in repair work, hardware/software troubleshooting, ability to interact well with customers, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We perform in-store repairs of almost the entire line of Apple products.
The interested candidate should have the following qualifications:
- ACMT status or ability to achieve that status in the near future
- Strong customer service skills both on the phone and in person
- Strong organizational skills (must keep the service room clean and tidy)
- Ability to get along well with co-workers
- Ability to multitask
- Means of transportation
- Valid driver's license
- No criminal background (expect a background check if you apply)
