Essential Duties: This position will involve the following, but not limited to:
Onboarding/offboarding users.
Vetting access requests.
Instructing end users on portal functionality.
Managing user permissions.
Developing user guidance documentation.
Responding to inquiries and emails about the portal.
Assisting other team members with operational duties.
Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues.
Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Experience in a technical help desk support role. 2 Required Experience with user access management 1 Required Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management 2 Preferred Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guidance 2 Preferred Working in an external support/customer-facing role 2 Preferred Experience administration of Salesforce
