Description :

Essential Duties: This position will involve the following, but not limited to:
  • Onboarding/offboarding users.
  • Vetting access requests.
  • Instructing end users on portal functionality.
  • Managing user permissions.
  • Developing user guidance documentation.
  • Responding to inquiries and emails about the portal.
  • Assisting other team members with operational duties.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues.
