Onsite Helpdesk Analyst with user access, SOPs, Salesforce admin experience
Location: Austin TX (DIR)
Duration: 4-16 months
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
4 Required Experience in a technical help desk support role.
2 Required Experience with user access management
1 Required Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management
2 Preferred Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guidance
2 Preferred Working in an external support/customer-facing role
2 Preferred Experience administration of Salesforce
Essential Duties: This position will involve the following, but not limited to:
· Onboarding/offboarding users.
· Vetting access requests.
· Instructing end users on portal functionality.
· Managing user permissions.
· Developing user guidance documentation.
· Responding to inquiries and emails about the portal.
· Assisting other team members with operational duties.
· Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues.
