We are looking for a technical support agent to work in our office in Austin. The right candidate for this position will have 1-2 years of experience providing basic troubleshooting support in a technology company. We need someone that has a great personality, is good on the phones and likes to solve problems. Basic understanding of networking is helpful - network certification is a big plus.

The person selected for this role will have daily contact with customers and will be the customer advocate within the company. The primary focus for this person will be responding to customer questions/issues and driving them to completion on the first call if possible. Along the way, you will be working with different teams across the company, depending on the issue. Our company is growing quickly this is a chance to get in early and be a part of something really big!

Prior phone support experience is required.

Basic understanding and experience troubleshooting technology is required.

Network troubleshooting is a plus.
