Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize incoming sales leads through the use of CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Work closely with HVAC field technicians to provide solutions to customers.
Support the service technicians with researching equipment and locating repair parts.
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry requirements.
Accurately estimate service and repair work using CRM.
Consistently track and follow up with customers, close sales, and achieve sales targets/goals.
Prepare accurate sales quotes and proposals for customers.
Follow up on open quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Continually maintain customer contact to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred.
5-7 years experience in customer service or sales in HVAC industry.
Driven and passionate about our company vision and serving our customers.
Highly organized and diligent.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Exceptional active listening skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365.
Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology.
