Description A highly motivated self-starter will be excited to hear about the excellent career opportunity being offered by Robert Half for a General Office Clerk. As the General Office Clerk, you will work for a company in the Logistics field, performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.Major responsibilitiesData entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Greeting customers with a smile
Supporting front desk and receptionist duties
Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format
Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing Requirements - Microsoft Word experience desired
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
High school diploma or equivalent
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Knowledge of Excel
Skilled in handling office equipment
At least 2+ years of Office Clerk experience preferred
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
