Backpedal Co., LLC is now hiring for the position of "Assembler". We are seeking reliable individuals who know their way around tools and have a strong mechanic ability. We primarily assemble for Wal-Mart stores. We service various retail stores, so the location of which store you are at can and will change throughout the week. This position will start as part-time with the opportunity to grow to full-time quickly as our coverage of your market area grows.
We assemble:
Bikes, grills, patio furniture, picnic tables, indoor and outdoor furniture and fixtures, sheds, lawn mowers, exercise equipment, etc. There are no limits to what we will build for our clients. In addition to assembly, we are hired for various other tasks. There will be hourly labor work frequently throughout the late summer.

Ideal Applicants:

REQUIRED:

Every employee must be willing to drive 50 miles to location as sites vary. We pay mileage on all sites over 50 miles one way.

This job is based on piecework. You are paid for everything you assemble. We also reimburse non-taxable mileage meeting distance criteria (over 100mi per day). First pay days are always 2 weeks following your first complete week.
We are currently hiring for Part-time in your area, with room to grow to Full-time as you become more familiar with your stores and the service areas.
Training is treated like a try out. You will be working alongside an area lead for the first several days. Once we have determined that you have acquired the skills and speed required, you will then be scheduled alone or with other techs and managers from there. Training is paid at $8 per hour for 5 days.
