Our Mont Belvieu (Near Baytown) property is seeking an experienced Make Ready to join our team.
Responsible for helping to maintain the property with the following:
⢠Complete Work Orders
⢠Supervise Porter/Make Ready
⢠Maintain required make ready percentage
⢠Helps with all types of maintenance, make readies, grounds, etc
⢠Completes/helps the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
⢠On call schedule
⢠Helps with resident functions, as needed
⢠Performs pool and spa maintenance-Pool has automatic chlorinating system
