JOB OFFER: We are seeking Experienced Landscapers/ Drivers Needed For Lawn Service Company! Driver will be responsible for safely operating a pickup truck and a trailer with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds. Only apply if you are a professional, self-motivated, respectful, hard-working, friendly individual, who has an EYE FOR DETAIL and takes pride in their work. Must meet qualifications below.
Wages will be based on performance and experience. Starting pay is $10 an hour, paid at the end of the day.
Driver Qualifications:
-Previous experience in truck driving/ landscaping or able to back up trailers
-Valid Texas driver's license
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Strong work ethic
-Pay attention to small details
-Lift 80 lbs.
Worker Qualifications:
-Previous experience in lawn service and landscaping

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a pickup truck and trailer
Load and unload (equipment, mulch, sod, plants, etc.)
Properly track and document activity log (will be trained to do so)
Mowing grass, edging, weed eat, use backpack blowers, trim hedges, pick up trash, weed out flowerbeds
Landscaping- create new flower beds, plant flowers, and bushes. Lay sod and shovel mulch and rocks.
Lot sweeping- cleaning parking lots (blowing and picking up trash),
Tree pruning and trimming
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately
Inspect truck and trailer before and after a trip
Clean truck and trailer at the end of every shift
Take pictures of every job, before and after
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10 an hour to start, but is based on experience and work performance.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday only
Saturdays (only if we get rained out during the week, or in extreme emergencies)
