Kastle Assets is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Community Manager for our Cambridge in the Groves apartment community located in Groves, Texas.
Qualified candidates will have 3+ years apartment management experience with:
2+ years prior supervisory experience.
Experience with ResMan software preferred, but not required.
Manage and oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, administration, and improvement of community.
Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and capital projects.
Oversees the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
Perform regular inspections of the property.
Able to effectively train and supervise staff and vendors
Acts as a liaison between tenants and owners.
Meets with prospective tenants to show community, explain terms of occupancy, provide information, and lease apartments.
Should be detail oriented with time-management and problem-solving skills.
Develop and manage the property-marketing plan including but not limited to tenant relations and advertising to maintain building occupancy.
Investigates complaints, disturbances and violations and resolves problems following management rules and regulations.
Upload invoices for payment.
Oversee all areas of resident retention including renewals.
Other similar tasks as needed involved in the operation and management of an apartment community.
