Sole Provider seeks entry level or experienced medical front office position for primary care office
The essential duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
serve as the primary point of contact for all patients and guests entering a busy primary care office.
Welcome and greet all patients, vendors, and guests, in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Setting up and maintaining the patient lobby in the morning and throughout the day as needed.
Responsible for preparing, accuracy, and assuring all patient paperwork is completed, filled out properly and scanned in the patient's chart. Also, to include scanning insurance cards and identification.
Collect all patient copays, deductibles, and clinic fees.
Schedule patient appointments.
Experienced is preferred.
Entry level is acceptable, willing to train.
