General Responsibilities Include:

Damage Prevention

Emergency Response

Management System Processes

Physical ROW Condition and Department of Transportation (DOT) Inspections

Participate in Public Awareness activities

Execution of physical responses to One Call Excavation Tickets in accordance with Twin Eagle Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance Requirements

Identification of external threats to pipeline integrity and provides recommendations for mitigation

Essential Job Functions:

Completing permits and work documents as needed;

Performing all work in a safe manner to achieve GOAL ZERO;

Ensuring all physical conditions and ROW activities comply with state and federal regulations as well as Twin Eagle procedures and policies;

Responsible for Damage Prevention Activities which include but not limited to; monitoring and responding within the required time frame to one call tickets;

Meeting with 3rd party contractors to mark lines prior to excavation and construction activities and perform standby to monitor the work when necessary;

Responsible for completing Twin Eagle documents in order to communicate with contractors excavating or performing work on Twin Eagle ROW and or near Twin Eagle Assets;

Responsible for documenting all exposed piping and communicating with other staff to update alignment drawings;

Responsible for Completion of new construction punch list, PSSR and acceptance of Project Turn-Over Books;

Responding to ROW Emergencies immediately and completing necessary documents;

Responsible for maintaining and managing physical conditions of the ROW which include but are not limited to: evaluating vegetation status, maintaining ROW markers and signage, reporting obstruction and encroachments on ROW, identifying and coordinating washout repairs;

Communicate with Air Patrol to respond to reports of encroachment or 3rd parties on ROW;

Responsible for documenting Maintenance and Daily Work Reports;

Responsible for Public Awareness Activities on ROW including maintaining contact and relationships with Land Owners and Emergency Responders, and Attending Community Awareness events;

Actively supporting and participating in processes, audits, inspections and other pipeline activities;

Completing and staying compliant with Twin Eagle training classes;

Completing and staying compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as Operator Qualifications, Measurement Policies and Procedures, and HSSE Training and Standards;

Must Hold Operating Knowledge of LACT Skids

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Must be 18 years of age;

High School Diploma required;

Ability to respond to emergencies as part of the Emergency Response Team which requires that successful candidates reside, or be willing to relocate site without relocation assistance, within 60 minutes of 401 W Miller St. Dilley, TX

Competent computer skills required: Word, Excel, and Outlook;

Ability to work in inclement weather;

Ability to work in compact and confined spaces;

Ability to climb ladders, walk up and down steps, and work at heights;

Ability to work a rotating shift work schedule;

Ability to work Overtime, Holidays, Nights, and Weekends;

Ability to be on call and meet call-out standards to respond to site responsibilities and emergencies;

Possess or ability to obtain Hazardous Material Certification;

Valid driver's license.
