Professional Land Surveying firm is seeking an experienced Office and Field Survey Technician. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform both field and office work and have 3 to 5 years of experience. High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred. Field Technician Requirements:
Experience with Trimble and Leica GPS and Total Stations
Ability to maintain accurate notes, records and sketches
A valid Texas driver's license
Clean driving record including no D.U.I.'s or D.W.I.'s within the past 5 years
Some travel
Office Technician Requirements:
Downloading field data
Proficiency utilizing Autocad C3d 2017 or Carlson Survey
Drafting Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Lot Surveys, etc.
Preparation of Field Notes (metes & bounds)
Ability to perform deed research
