The Importance of Waving:
You represent LIberty Tax Service while you wear the uniform. Just like a mascot represents his schools/colleges team. You public behavior in the uniform reflects our business. So if you're messing around or goofing off dressed as Liberty, people will frown upon our business and we don't need that kind of publicity.
Rules of the waver:
Don't stop moving and don't stand still in one spot. We're not paying you to just hold a sign.
Smile at all times
Wave to your audience when you're not spinning the sign. The traffic stopped at an intersection has no choice but to pay attention to you so your target audience will be the moving traffic.
If you can dance, dance. If you can sing, sing!, I want you to be so energetic and amusing that people who drive passed you want to drive around the block to see you again.
