- Answer phone calls
-Organizes and maintains documents and case files.
-Mails, faxes, or arranges for delivery of correspondence to clients
-Good telephone skills and be a people person.
-Logs and distributes incoming mail to other personnel; attaches incoming correspondence to case file and related materials needed for action.
-Other duties as assigned
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-Must have a driver's license.
- Require that the candidate be bilingual in English and Spanish.
