We are an apartment management company with two leasing specialist opportunities for individuals who can provide property tours and demonstrate an apartment's features to prospective residents. The positions are located in two separate communities - one consists of 120 units, and the other, 100 units. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Tax Credit Experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
Basic computer or typing skills.
RESMAN property management software experience preferred.
Excellent Math skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
Inspection of community will include walking and climbing of stairs. The position may require lifting, carrying, and pushing, pulling 25 lbs. occasionally, frequently up to 15 lbs. or negligible amounts constantly. Phone usage is also required, as is the need to speak professionally and clearly. Must have flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as necessary.
Must pass background check and substance screen.
