Job Responsibilities:
Monitors the Helpdesk ticket tracking system to respond to problems identified by users in a timely manner.
Takes user requests over the telephone, e-mail and documents all issues in the Helpdesk ticket tracking system.
Troubleshoots resolves or escalate hardware and software problems proactively or as identified by users.
Install & maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Setup, boot & add new computers to network/domain
Identify, research, resolve or escalate technical problems (networking, hardware or software issues)
Requirements / Skills:
3-5 years of experience with computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and peripherals
Basic networking, software and hardware troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
