Vaco Technology is currently seeking a SCRUM Master Manager for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Carrollton, TX. The SCRUM Master Manager will directly manage 7-8+ experienced SCRUM Masters (Intermediate-to-Senior Level) and will be charged with growing the SCRUM Masters skill sets. The SCRUM Master Manager will drive, build, and evangelize the Agile Framework outward throughout the company. The SCRUM Master Manager will also assist in training and developing the Business Product Owners. The SCRUM Master Manager will coordinate the work of an Agile Development Team and oversee the SDLC. The SCRUM Master Manager will ensure the scope definition is completed and standard SCRUM principles and practices are followed. The SCRUM Master Manager will also handle traditional Project Management functions throughout the transition from a Waterfall to an Agile Environment.

Work with Product Owners to Prioritize Epics / Features / User Stories, etc.
Team Management (Traditional HR-Type Management) - Hire Team / Perform Individual Performer Reviews / Create Plans for Underperforming Individuals / Budgeting, etc.
