The Services CTO team is looking for an AIOps Engineer to join our growing team. Modern IT operations and management technologies are the foundation for augmenting human intelligence in the world of tomorrow. When combining Artificial Intelligence with IT Operations and Automation, significant gains in efficiency and effectiveness can be achieved. Our Services CTO team is a focused, fast-paced group of highly self-driven researchers spearheading the latest ideas that will become the foundation of AIOps in our cloud managed services platform.

What you'll achieve

You will be leading our AIOps work and developing new concepts and technologies aimed at automating the decision making for running modern IT systems. You will create new ways to derive intelligence from a number of telemetry data sources and your ideas will lead to new foundations of AI models of the future.

Your results will be tangible but also will include trying new concepts requiring creativity.

You will:

• Develop and apply advanced AIOps techniques in a Multicloud environment.
• Serve as subject-matter expert in demos and presentations to internal and external customers.
• Lead end-to-end steps involved in capturing user requirements and creating solutions.
• Mentor and educate others on best practices and latest techniques.

Essential Requirements:

• Typically, this role requires 10+ years of relevant professional experience with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Certified in at least one of AWS Associate, Azure Expert or Google Cloud Platform Associate.
• Proficiency in automation tools (i.e., Ansible, Terraform, Crossplane) and experience with Python, R, Spark, Scala, SQL and experimental design
• Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise grade AI/Machine learning solutions for large scale environments
• Exceptional communication skills as you will clearly articulate advanced concepts to a wide range of audiences

Desirable Skillsets:

• Working experience with Agile software development, DevSecOps, IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with networking middleware solutions provided by companies such as F5, NGINX, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks
• Knowledge with service mesh control plane/data plane solutions such as Istio, Linkerd, Envoy, NGINX, HAProxy, etc.
• Experience in working closely with SRE and ITSM teams
