As a Porter, you will need to be able to adapt to different job duties throughout your day.Responsibilities:-Maintain upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.-Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.-Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.-Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.-Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Self motivated-Hard worker-HonestEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:-Ability to lift at least 25 lbs from ground level-High school diploma or GEDApply online today and call our office to meet with a recruiter!
