HealthQuest is currently accepting resumes for a Community Education Coordinator. Candidates must have marketing/sales experience, as well as a working knowledge of post acute care facilities and physician's office referrals. This position will require a significant amount of organization, time management, and event/education planning. Must be able to work well independently and be able to adapt well to the constant changes in health care. Your objectives will be to educate the community and referral sources on HealthQuest's in home care services, compliance changes within the home health care setting, and function as a liaison between discharge/referral planners, clinical staff, and sometimes patients/families prior to the admission of home health. HealthQuest is licensed to service a 7 county radius, but primary work will be done in Brazos county. Must have your own vehicle, insurance and cell phone. Compensation will be based on experience and will include: Base salary, Performance Bonuses, Car and Phone Allowance, access to Health/Dental Plans, Paid Time Off for Vacation, Sick & Holidays.
