As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide support to various departments by screening and processing resumes to find qualified applicants for our open positions. You will maintain contact with applicants including providing position details and general information about Reynolds and Reynolds as they go through our hiring process. You will also search for potential applicants on major boards to help build a pool of candidates. In addition, you will partner with our Corporate Recruiter team to identify creative avenues to increase candidate flow throughout our company based on hiring needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle repetitive work
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
