Full Time Maintenance person needed M - F possible emergency maintenance after hours or a weekend with rotating on call.
Duties include but not limited to: 90% outside work
Mowing - Zero turn and push mowers
Some painting and plumbing
Sewer machine
Picking up trash
Building decks
Misc, improvement projects
Requirements:
Current TX Drivers License
Clear handwriting
Willingness to learn
Pride in work
Works well alone or in a team.
Bi-Lingual a plus but not required
