Lake Shore Service is a boat repair shop on Lake Conroe specializing in Volvo, Mercury stern-drive engines and we are looking to hire someone with experience in inventory control. At least two years of inventory and parts ordering is required. Knowledge of mechanical or boating and comfort in explain to customers is required.
Duties include, ordering parts, supervising inventory and parts stock levels, pulling parts for service and disposing of old parts. Speaking to customers in regards to boat repairs and pricing and face to face customer service. Ordering of parts will be thru online ordering programs and will be done on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. Parts look up will change based on the engine/boat model and will require confident computer skills.
Candidates must be able to carry themselves on the phone and speak in a polite manor with customers and vendors. Emails will have to be sent on a daily basis and candidate will have to be able to conduct emails in a professional manner.

Employee will need to be able to work Tuesday-Saturdays 8am- 5pm.
Paid vacation, sick days and holidays given after 1 year.
