Full-time position open for an individual to monitor parking lots for unauthorized vehicles. Working hours are extremely variable, often during night time "bar crowd" hours, also during weekday hours. Need the strength to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. It helps if you are familiar with car makes and models. Must be able to handle confrontation calmly and act professionally. This is not an 8-5 job: expect to be called upon at any hour of the day to "spot" or work on grounds maintenance around the vehicle storage yard (mowing and weed-whacking), run errands, install posts with signs or help tow truck drivers with their jobs. Must pass drug test and criminal history check with goal of becoming TDLR licensed for vehicle storage facilities. Need own reliable personal vehicle and cell phone.
