WRI Tractors, an agricultural equipment sales and service store in Bryan, Texas, is seeking a parts sales associate. Both agricultural professionals and do-it-yourself landowners in Bryan/College Station turn to WRI Tractors for their equipment needs.
The Parts Sales is responsible for:
Inventory control including replenishment and stocking of all inventory
Working with the Service Department to ensure inventory is available when needed
Prompt and friendly customer service
Locating available parts when inventory is out of stock
Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department.
Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of units being serviced.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Computer literate
Excellent customer relation skills
2 years previous agriculture/equipment parts experience preferred
