FEDEX GROUND CONTRACTOR OUT OF BRYAN, TX IS NOW LOOKING TO HIRE FULL TIME AND PART TIME PICKUP AND DELIVERY DRIVERS
Black Swan, Inc, an Independent Contracted Service Provider with FedEx Ground is now looking to fill our open Full Time and Part Time positions. We make last mile deliveries to homes and businesses under FedEx Ground branding from the FedEx Ground terminal in Bryan, TX. We strive to keep a safe and respectful culture, taking pride in the job, having a good attitude, handling tough situations appropriately, and helping other drivers on the team when possible. OUR DRIVERS ENJOY:
$13/Hourly during training then $14/Hourly after for Entry Level Drivers.
$140- $150/Daily for Experienced Drivers.
Paid Every Friday!
Bonuses are available.
We are a 7 day operation with flexible schedules. 4-5 day work week. Thurs-Sun/Sun-Wed/Wed-Sat.
Positions for Experienced and Non Experienced Drivers!
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking to hire delivery drivers immediately! We treat everyone with dignity and respect. Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers are preferred to have at least 1 year of paid driving experience in a cargo van sized vehicle or larger. NO reckless or aggressive driving (such as 15 MPH+ over speed limit, operating vehicle at 80MPH+) Other requirements include:
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
Must be able to maneuver up to 150 pounds.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player.
Must have map-reading and navigational skills.
Must adapt quickly and efficiently to short-notice changes.
Entry level drivers must have 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience in a Personal vehicle with Doordash, Lyft, Pizza Delivery etc .Experienced Drivers must have At least 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience in the last 3 years with Box Trucks or Larger.
