Call Center Representative (Corpus Christi)

LK Jordan is currently looking for candidates with experience in a call center and/or financial institution. This is a 6 month project and pays $12/hr - $15/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist customers by telephone or email.

Process customer transactions per telephone request.

Provide information/research to customers on overall account and/or service inquiries.

Ensure customer is properly charged for services rendered.

Be knowledgeable of and provide information to customers and potential customers on all services and products, to include but not limited to savings, checking, loans, electronic services and channels, wires, stop payments, debit card transactions/issues, copies of statements and checks, cross account transfers/set up, term shares, check orders etc.

Promote products and cross sell additional products to meet the customer’s needs.

Contribute to department and company goals by handling high contact volumes and assisting the department in meeting overall Contact Center Goals.

Record details of customer comments, inquiries, complaints and actions into appropriate workflow software.

Follow current Policies and Procedures as set by the Board of Directors.

Comply with financial industry Rules and Regulations as required by law.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 12 months of call center experience and/or financial experience is required. Bilingual preferred.

Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen.
