Job Title: IT Field Support Specialist Location: Corpus Christi, TX, USA (Onsite from Day 1) Type: 6-12 Months Contract with high possibility of extension Direct Client Required Skills:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of IT experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desire to learn new skills. High degree of motivation
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work outside of normal workdays and standard office hours
Duties:
Provide computer and software problem solving and training for end-users
Provide and maintain documentation on IT systems, network diagrams and configurations
Provide ticket resolution and implement changes to the environment using the IT Change Control Process
Deploy and support Cisco VOIP phones and mobile devices
Support Genetec security ACS and CCTV equipment
Manage and maintain user accounts in Active Directory
Deploy network switches to support client network connectivity at site
Manage and deploy two-way radio communications systems.
Setup, maintain and troubleshoot audio visual and conferencing systems
Setup and maintain new and existing computer hardware and software, printers, and copiers
Supports local server room, server equipment and network equipment
