Providers needed to work in community with several different clients. Must be able to be on feet for duration of shift. Must be able to work independently. Must have professional appearance. Must cover visible tattoos and piercings.
Providers needed!
6am-3pm-mon-fri (alternating weekends)
3pm-10pm-mon-fri (alternating weekends)
6am-7pm-sat & sun (weekends only)
7pm-6am-sat & sun (weekends only)
5p-6am Overnights (4 days on and 2 days off)
PRN provider (only as needed to work any shift)
Qualifications:
-Need experience bathing, dressing, changing briefs, etc.
-Must have your own transportation.
-Must have Id and SS#
-Must have provable work history in this field.
