Oak Creek Homes is one of the leading home builders in the State of Texas and business is BOOMING! So we are adding to our Corpus team! We need Professional Housing Consultants NOW! The spring and summer selling seasons are just ahead so now is the time to get your career moving!
IS THIS A REAL JOB?
YES! We pay salary, commission and benefits. This is a TRUE 6 figure income career opportunity. You will be a full time employee expected to work a minimum 40 hours/week with Sundays and one other day per week off. You will work Saturdays. Travel is not required for this job except for occasional training events and various incentive trips offered by the company.
WHAT IS THE JOB?
Our Housing Consultants follow a proven sales process to help customers identify the right floor plan, facilitate obtaining the proper financing, and bring the whole project to fruition. You will also work with our marketing team to generate business through various social media platforms and other methods. Most importantly, we expect you to be able to CLOSE THE DEAL and hold it together.
WHAT SKILLS/TRAITS DO I NEED
This is an amazing opportunity for a strong but professional closer who knows how to quickly develop rapport and drive the deal forward to final closing. You must be able to utilize social media platforms to boost your customer base. A successful sales background (especially in big ticket sales) is desirable but not required. We offer extensive training in our sales process so experience in housing is not necessary. You must have a positive attitude and be an achiever.
