Responsibilities

Assigned tasks/responsibilities as needed and/or retrieve trouble tickets and assist customers with issues.

Deploy newly imaged PCs.

Image new pc’s or re-image troublesome pc’s via SCCM.

Manual installation of patches when SCCM fails to install them.

Troubleshooting of PC, OS, application, printing and network issues.

Working on, changing, and or configuring of network printers.

Create and/or update SOP’s and documentation.

Requirements

Experience: 1-3 Years working as a tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician

Minimum Required Skills: W10, Office, and COTS application troubleshooting.

Desired/Preferred Skills: CISCO, SCCM, ADUC, Basic Networking, Scripting (preferably PowerShell) and Imaging.

Degree & Years of Experience: 2 years IT experience

Certification Requirements: IAT Level II (Security+, etc)

Travel Requirement: Some travel to Kingsville or Fort Worth, Texas

Active Secret Clearance

Core hours: M–F 7am - 3:30pm. Or 7:30am - 4pm or 8am - 4:30pm (with approval).
