Marbella Apartment Homes is looking for a Hvac Certified Maintenance Tech that is self motivated, dependable, fast and efficient. Must be familiar with general maintenance as well ie. plumbing (sink installations, toilet install, etc.), electrical (installing GFCI's, fixtures, trouble shooting outlets), sheet rock repairs, and must have own tools. EPA Universal required.
