An opportunity to join a seasoned team of healthcare professionals has just presented itself at an acute care facility in Eastern Texas! This outstanding organization is seeking an experienced RN to step into the role of Inpatient Services Nurse Team Lead.
This 125+ bed facility is situated in the heart of Eastern Texas, and offers a range of inpatient and outpatient medical services to patients in the surrounding community including: advanced cardiovascular care, inpatient and same-day surgery, 24/7 emergency services, pediatric care, maternity services, intensive and inpatient medical surgical care, in addition to outpatient rehabilitation and wound care services. This facility is a designated Trauma Center and is accredited by the The Joint Commission.
Working in collaboration with the hospital leadership team, the RN Team Lead Inpatient Services will have oversight of the intensive care unit ICU, Cath Lab, and Cardiac Rehab unit. The Inpatient Services Nurse Team Lead will serve as the Critical Care Nurse Director in their absence, and will be responsible for coordination of employee staffing, scheduling, education/training, as well as supervision of unit budgets. This role will allow room for career advancement to the experienced RN seeking to transition into the next step in their career.
