We a bookkeepers position available for immediate hire. Please read the following carefully to see if you meet the qualifications.
This person needs to have past experience with being a bookkeeper or bookkeepers assistant, experience and knowledge of Quickbooks software, dealing with P&L, Balance Sheets, A/R, A/P, PO, Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoicing, Bills, balancing accounts, running reports. This person needs to also have knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Pay range is $32,000-$38,000 and based on experience and history. We also do offer health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay as well as 401k. This position is Mon-Fri between the hours of 7:30-4:30pm.
