JOB DESCRIPTION
Organize and schedule regular meetings with staff, partners, and lenders, investors .
Precede over the meetings.
Handling complete financial , taxation etc. .
Review completed tax forms.
Direct contact answering all client questions while providing exceptional service.
Develop strong community relations while quickly building your book of business.
Required proficiency with Sage/Peachtree/ quick books and Excel
Presentation preparation, including producing reports and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Provide updates to the CEO and President directly regarding current task list.
Write first drafts of proposals, emails, letters, etc. for the company ,
Communicate, on behalf of the CEO, with other executives, clients and/or major stakeholders, bankers .
Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system. Extremely organized.
Possess the ability to organize and prioritize work
Mailing, filing and archiving confidential and sensitive documents, Maintenance of personnel/business sensitive correspondence
POSITION REQUIREMENTS ("MUST HAVES"):
Two (3-5) years of experience as CPA .
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, Sage/Peachtree/ quick books and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Speed, efficiency, the ability to multi-task multiple projects, and working under deadline pressure
High-level oral and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS "NICE-TO-HAVES":
Familiarity with Commercial retail business, restaurant business , Franchising and Business Management, Texas retail laws .
