Must have either Accounting experience OR Real Estate Experience. Must live within 25 minutes from office.
Salary depends on level of experience, ranging from $35-40k or between $16-$18 an hour.
15-20 hours per week for one of the positions.

Looking for Motivated Self-starter Assistant Single Family Housing Manager & Bookkeeper
Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping experience
Experience using Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online and/or Peachtree
Real Estate experience a plus
Experience with Single Family Housing Management
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Property Management Software such as Rent Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist with Property Management Duties
Past experience with Property Management Software
Bookkeeping including bills, End of Month Reporting etc
Filing and other Administrative Duties
Answer Phones and provide Quality Customer Service
We manage single family houses. Must be familiar with property management software in an apartment complex, such as leases, security deposits, work orders, tenants and single family housing. Hiring people within a 25 minute drive of zip code 76179 (near Eagle Mountain, Texas).
