Fillmore Hospitality is a six-year-old management company with operating expertise that spans all hospitality asset types from luxury, full-service hotels & resorts to upscale select service properties. We manage for related ownership entities and third-party owners. We take pride in producing institutional quality accounting records and financial reporting.
Our corporate team, based in downtown Dallas, is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our crew. We enjoy our work and like to have a good time while we keep a laser-focus high-quality, accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:
-Maintain ADP (Payroll & HR) and Hotel Effectiveness (Time & Attendance)
-Process bi-weekly payroll for all hotels.
-Maintain and verify PTO balances on a bi-weekly basis.
-Process payroll benefits (401K, SHDR, & Parking).
-Perform quarterly insurance benefit audits.
-Review all new hire paperwork, PAF, PTO Requests, and tips.
-Review Hotel Effectiveness and communicate to hotel & departments, missing punches, approaching overtime, missing PTO.
-Maintain and update workers comp spreadsheet for annual audit.
-Assist with company 401k audit.
-Assist with wage garnishments.
-Upload daily labor into ProfitSage.
-Assist Accounting and Human Resources with spreadsheets as needed.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Multi-State payroll (California preferred)
