We are happy and excited you are wanting to be a part of our company.
You do not need to have experience in the field but need to have a very good attitude, be a fast learner, be responsible, be stable, and great at sales.
You have your own space, own desk, and set schedule. We are very lenient, give you a lot of freedom, and don't have someone watching over you. But you have to have good customer service, great at sales, no attendance issues, and be responsible. But of course you are required to be working throughout the day on tasks and on time daily.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Agent Floater and Sales Office Manager- See below for descriptions
Position 1- AGENT FLOATER POSITION DALLAS/FORT WORTH/ ARLINGTON: You will be selling insurance, making changes on customers polices, taking customers payments, and quoting new customers. You will help train new agents and cover for offices around You will be based out of Dallas but will need to be able travel to different cities around to our retail offices to help cover and train new employees. You must be able to speak Spanish & English for this position.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL AROUND To surrounding cities Of Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth etc.
Pay Information
$2,800 monthly plus bonuses with sales experience
$3,000 monthly plus bonuses if licensed insurance agent with sales experience
For first 30 days of training your pay will be $2,800 monthly plus bonuses only to get you ready to start floating.
You will also receive bonuses which are 10% of all fees you make which is approximately $300 to $1500 on top of monthly pay a month depending how good your sales are and customer service is.

Monday thru Friday - 9am to 7pm
Saturday - 10am to 5pm
Sunday - OFF

Position 2. SALES OFFICE MANAGER FOR DALLAS- Insurance sales agent: You will be selling insurance, making changes on customers polices, taking customers payments, and quoting new customers. You must be able to speak Spanish for this position.
Pay information
$2200 a month + Bonuses - with Sales Experience
$2400 a month + Bonuses - If you have an insurance License and sales experience
You will also receive bonuses which are 10% of all fees you make which is approximately $300 to $1500 on top of monthly pay a month depending how good your sales are and customer service is.

Benefits and Bonus Structure for both positions:
-Raises: Raises are given yearly. As long as your sales increase & have good attendance and you try your best at it, you can go very far in this company instead of jumping job to job.
-Medical, Dental, and Vision (Offered after being with the company for 60 days) which we pay 50% and you pay 50% .
-Vacation Time off : After you are with us for one year we offer paid vacation every six months
